Located at the junction of 2 nd parklands avenue and Batu Batu road, Parklands Nairobi County. The project involved design, build and maintenance of roof gardens. It’s multi-dwelling apartments composed of 64units. The roof gardens were located on the 12 th floor for the pent houses and ground floor (on sus- pended slab above basement parking).

-Landscape Design.
– Planting at both ground and roof top gardens.
– Installation two water features.
– Maintenance.
